About us

We are a metalworking engineering with almost 50 years of history.

Apsider Ingeniería Metalmecánica, previously Arside Construcciones Mecánicas, was founded in 1974.

Founded and developed next to an integrated steelwork, Ensidesa in Asturias, currently Arcelormittal, we are capable of engineering, manufacturing and repairing capital goods. To do this, we combine the necessary skills: engineering, boilermaking, welding, machining, assembly, adjustment, calibration and finishing.

We have in particular produced thousands of items throughout our history in mechanical gear reducers – gearboxes installed in all industrial sectors, adding experience year after year in such a demanding industry as the integrated iron and steel industry, if not the most is in terms of mechanical and environmental requirements, compliance, etc.,
